Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed by Fresh Clinics within 1 business day. We provide order information to a suppliers as soon as we have processed the order.

Delivery is controlled by our suppliers and their logistics partners. Cut-off times for orders are given to us by our suppliers. These times give your orders the best possible chance of being delivered next-day but are not a guarantee.

Deliveries do not occur on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges are determined by our suppliers and are passed through to you directly.

Delivery is managed by the third-party logistics providers of our suppliers. For medications, delivery is typically next business day, provided the order has been placed before the cut-off time and the medspa or clinic is within a major metropolitan area.

Shipment addresses

Shipments will only be made to pre-approved clinical addresses. Our compliance team will need to review any new addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Our team will provide your shipping information to you via email.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Fresh Clinics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Fresh Clinics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Fresh Clinics does not ship internationally.

Returns Policy

To the extent permitted by law, Fresh Clinics does not accept refunds and all sales are final. If you believe your particular circumstances warrant an exception, please contact our customer service team.
