The session kicked off with a warm welcome from Joanne Auld, an aesthetic professional who openly shared her venture, reflecting on how integrating high-quality skincare products significantly enhanced the overall client experience in her clinic. “Over 16 years ago, I was in your shoes managing and growing my own clinic, which I absolutely adored,” she recalled.
